Where Be Ye Going, You Devon Maid?

I was looking at this again (online) and wondered if the ref to junkets has two meanings

I love your meads, and I love your flowers,
And I love your junkets mainly,
But 'hind the door, I love kissing more,
O look not so disdainly!

One- his nick name and the other perhaps her bosom? It's a fun sexy little poem!
John....you did not live to see-
who we are because of what you left,
what it is we are in what we make of you.
