I didn't know this publication but found a copy in the UK. It's a pictorial biography published in 1971:


There are great photographs of Clarke's school at Enfield, a plan of the Swan and Hoop, Thomas Hammond's house and surgery in Edmonton, and the entrance to St. Stephen's on Coleman street, London.

It's worth hunting out if you don't know it.
