Keats' great poems are essentially timeless. The themes he explores from countless angles are still relevant today: the relation of dreams and reality, the search for truth and beauty in a seemingly bleak world, and the amazing emotions of which mankind is capable.
I suppose, in a way, Keats offers an open path to enchantment for anyone who seeks one.
