In honor of the Anniversary of Keats's Death

I found an interesting essay online (pdf file) all about Keats's gravestone and especially the symbol he chose for it--the broken lyre. Here's the web address where I found the article. You should be able to open it OK if you have pdf capabilities.

Anyway, I know that a lot of folks don't really like to read scholastic-type essays about Keats, but this one is really interesting and not "way out there" like some essays are.

Hmm. . .I didn't have a problem opening it on my Dad's Mac or at my PC at work--but you DO have to have Adobe Acrobat. That might be why you can't open it--it is a PDF file. I tried to paste it (without the pictures) to a message here in the forum but it looks so jumbled it's hard to read--all the formatting is wacked out.

Saturn,
If you still want to see it I can certainly e-mail the pdf file to you (I have it saved on my hard drive)--just let me know if that works for you.

I still don't think that would work.

I can't seem to open those files - don't worry about it.
