I am so confused what brother did Keats spend 3 months with while they were sick and later died in December? (date not sure of.)

That was his youngest brother Tom. Keats's other younger brother George said that Tom understood John Keats better than any other person--they had a special bond. Tom's death influenced Keats's poetry and affected him profoundly.
