Keats and other Romantics on Autumn

Postby the Unromantic » Sun May 18, 2003 10:34 pm

I am trying to formulate a topic for my term paper in my romantic poetry class (a class i should NOT have taken). I was thinking about doing the paper on how the romantics, especially Keats, depict Autumn: as a season of sleep, or death, as a death and a rebirth in spring, and so on.

if anyone has any ideas or some definite points of interest i should bring up please let me know, as well as any essays or such i should look into for inspiration. I am hoping to also incorperate the works of P. Shelley, Coleridge, Wordsworth, Blake and/or Lord Byron into this paper.

anything will help!!! even if it is to tell me that i am hopeless!

ha

thanks
