Analysis of Dawlish Fair

I have to write a paper solely on the analysis of Keats' poem Dawlish Fair. I cannot seem to find anything on this poem to even begin to analyze it. Hi,

I can't seem to find anything about it in the books I have - do you know the first line or have any other way I could identify it? Was it definately by Keats?
"He Stood in His Shoes and he Wondered
