I've uploaded the complete version of the Ode To a Nightingale courtesy of the sterling work of Malia whose arduous task was to assemble the disjointed pieces of our own recordings. into a [reasonably] coherent whole.

I have a request for a reading of a letter (or part of a letter) from Keats to. . .well, anyone. I'm especially interested in hearing some of his humor. Keats could be a pretty funny guy when he wanted to be

Well, I'm not asking for a Robin Williams routine, :lol:

and most of Keats's humor was wordplay, punning and such. Anyway, I'll look around and find a passage I really like--and it may not be particularly humorous but I'll try and find something moving and poetic, how's that? 'Cause Keats's prose is just as poetic as his verse, in my estimation.

No I can be funny just don't know if I can do justice to Keats' humour.

Some of it is very dry and, being written is not really suitable for reading out loud.

I don't actually have a Keats request but it maybe something to take into consideration. I think it would be neat to hear everyone read their own poetry. Afterall, poetry was meant to be read aloud, so... Also, only the author can really read his/her poetry the way it was in their head.

Maybe something to think about.

If I was going to make a request in that realm, I'd say I'd like to hear "The Votarist" read aloud.

Funny thing is I'm actually more nervous about reading my own poetry aloud than someone else's.

I suppose I could read some of mine.

I'd also like to hear "Jealous Love" and "Unspoken Words, Unwritten Verse."

If it would make you less nervous, feel free to read any of my tripe that you please. I'd read it myself, but I'm terribly ashamed of how my voice sounds recorded. Its downright manly. Its horrible and embarrassing. :oops:

Anyway, would really like to hear "Jealous Love" recorded.
