Hymn to Hermes

Postby Heaven/Hell » Thu Mar 27, 2008 6:06 pm

The dark cloud of the Ego
Which traps the Infinite,
The Universal Man in limbo
And closes the All in a cage

In order to find release
The dark clouds must roll
Out onto the misty breeze
Then the Light can shine
Over and across the All
Forever, making Infinity mine.
And the Universal-Man awakens,
Forging Heaven out of his Earth;

He will dwell in this Palace evermore
Gazing out at his Creation in its birth -
And the Soul of I is transformed
Into the Soul of All.

This is beautiful.

But, when I am consumed in the fire,
Give me new Phoenix wings to fly at my desire."
