Now I've posted a few times, I thought I'd finally introduce myself

. I'm Cath, born in the UK, now in my early thirties and living on the Continent. I became enthralled by all things Keats-related at the end of 2009/beginning of 2010, when I read the Selected Letters & Andrew Motion's biography and visited the re-opened Keats House in Hampstead. Almost 2 years on, I've now read 13 biographies of Keats (there are soooo many!) as well as lives of some of his circle and other second-generation Romantics. I am particularly interested in where Keats stayed: I've been to Moorgate, Church Street in Edmonton, and this autumn I finally made it to the Keats-Shelley Museum in Rome and his grave in the Protestant Cemetery, which was a very sad experience after all those biographies. I'm planning to check out the Keats statue and the plaque near St.Thomas' Hospital when I'm in London in late December, too. Perhaps even Apothecaries Hall!
I'm looking forward to sharing and learning more.
