What can I say? I'm a Renaissance woman :P

And so you truly belong on here... :wink:

In the Light

In the light,
From here,
Your armor
Solid, glaring,
Like foil clinging
On a layered shale.

It makes me blink;
It looks so steely set,
And unyielding.

I can’t help but think
That the chainmail
Pinches underneath,
And wrings
Your tender, pedal-soft

Beautiful poem,i love the last line

Your tender,pedal-soft wings!
At Parnassus' foot
